Keith joined The Estée Lauder Companies in February 2017 as Vice President, Global Real Estate Center of Excellence. In this role Keith is responsible for setting and executing, in partnership with our Brands, Regions, and Functions, the overall strategic direction and vision for the provision of non-retail real estate services across the Company, as well as continuously improving the delivery of services through subject matter expertise, knowledge of client business needs, and industry/market trends. He plays an active role in analyzing the effectiveness of the real estate portfolio, developing strategies that align the role of real estate to the overall business goals and objectives, and optimizing the value of our real estate portfolio in meeting current and future challenges.
Keith joined Comcast/NBCUniversal in June of 2011 as Senior Vice President, Global Real Estate, NBCUniversal & Vice President Global Risk Management, Comcast. In this newly combined role, Keith was responsible for leading and managing the corporate real estate interests across all of NBCUniversal, while additionally overseeing the Comcast Corporate Risk Management and Insurance team. In these capacities, Keith reported directly to the NBCU CFO and Comcast Vice Chairman & CFO, respectively.
Keith joined Comcast/NBCUniversal from Siemens Corporation where he served as Audit Partner – CFA, after being appointed to the role in October of 2008. As CFA Leader, he supervised audit/consulting engagements across all operating locations in the US, Canada, and Latin America for the organization’s $25 billion entity.
Prior to that, Keith was named President & CEO of Siemens Real Estate in 2004, soon after becoming part of SRE-Americas in January 2003 as Executive Vice President & CFO; during which time he successfully established the foundation for centralizing the management of Siemens’ Americas real estate portfolio to increase transparency and gain greater economies of scale.
Keith began his career at Siemens Corporation in 2000 as Vice President of Financial Audit; his accomplishments in this role included: management of external audits resulting in reduced fees and increased reliance on the work of his team members, establishment of Audit Committees and Internal Audit Departments within all US Operating Companies and increased quality of Corporate Governance in terms of Fraud and IT Auditing, Ethics and Compliance.
Keith is a CPA and holds an MBA in Financial Management and a BBA in Certified Public Accounting from Pace University as well as an Advanced Management Degree in International Real Estate from Harvard University Graduate School. He resides in Ossining, New York, with his four sons, Tyler, Jaden and twin boys Keith and Kyle.
